Gloria Izaro Club Hotel - Puerto del Carmen (Lanzarote)

Engaging entertainment staff made our stay nice.

Unfortunately, the pool wasn't heated as promised, leaving us disappointed during our January visit. It was annoying to face cold water, especially when we were expecting a relaxing swim. The bathroom felt dated, with peeling paint due to humidity, which detracted from our overall experience.

Clean hotel, very well maintained, staff are brilliant, work hard to make sure you have a nice holiday.

Consider bringing your own dishwashing supplies, as none were provided in the kitchen area.

When we checked in, apartment on upper floors was ready. The breakfast was superb and plentiful with all the usual cereal and an omlette station, for example, and the restaurant's offer was reasonably priced. The staff were incredibly nice people on the reception desk, and location was marvellous.

We enjoyed good and unbeatable location.

There were modern bathroom and well-appointed and spotless room. Variety of food served in the restaurant for breakfast, it was hearty and warm.

It was a great match for getting around Puerto del Carmen with excellent value for money. Enjoyed chilling by the pool during happy hour, a nice touch. Pack some snacks, as the dining options could be better for picky eaters.

Had a fabulous 5-night stay! The breakfast was excellent, and I especially appreciated the large sunbeds around the pool, perfect for lounging quietly. Bumping into friends from our previous visit was a nice surprise, and the drinks and snacks bar near the pool made relaxing all day even better.

Sad to leave!

Clean apartments! Warm and friendly staff.

Location demands stamina! Steep hills can be challenging for those with mobility issues.

Had a lovely week here! The staff were dead friendly, and the pool area was well kept, right by me room. Breakfast was decent with fresh fruit and proper good bacon. Just a bit of a slog with all them hills, innit?

The one-bedroom apartment was spacious, but the bathroom lacked sufficient storage space.

I stayed for 7 nights in a One-Bedroom Apartment. The breakfast was excellent. The pool area was very clean with comfortable loungers. The staff were cute and helpful throughout my stay. A very relaxing holiday overall 🌞

The buffet offered an very nice variety, especially the fresh fruits and cooked options. Plus, the outdoor space was perfect with clean sun loungers and beautiful sunny areas to unwind 🌞

Stayed in a one-bedroom apartment for 7 nights. The room had a comfy sofa, kitchenette with microwave, toaster, and fridge. The shower was awesome! Loved the outdoor pools, especially the kids' pool. Breakfast was legit with tons of options. Super nice team, even arranged a cake for my birthday. All very clean and well maintained.

We loved that the place is perfect for families, offering a super calm place while being close to the bustling main strip. The pools were a fantastic hit with the kids, and we appreciated the daily cleaning that kept everything fresh and inviting.

My kids wished for more shaded areas by the pool.
